Zoe Saldana's parents Asalia And Aridio Saldana, were born the 19th June, 1977 in Passaic New Jersey. Her father is Dominican as was her mother, while her father is Puerto Rican. Her mother is Puerto Rican and her father is Dominican. Her family relocated to the Dominican Republic at the age of 10 where they would stay for the rest of seven years. Zoe discovered a love to dance while in Dominican Republic. Her first training was with the ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy in which she was able to study dance and various forms of dance.
